Refund policy
At Mr. T Garage, we strive to provide high-quality products and accurate descriptions. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are not accepted unless the product is in its original, unopened packaging.
- If an item is not as described or has a manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange upon review.
Refund Process:
- To request a refund due to an issue with the product description, please contact us with proof of the discrepancy within 7 days of purchase.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exceptions:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Policy for Promotional and Discounted Items
All products purchased as part of special promotions or at a discounted price are non-refundable.
Once a promotional or discounted item has been purchased, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be granted under any circumstances, except where required by law.
This policy applies to all items offered at a reduced price due to limited-time sales, special offers, clearance events, or any other promotional activities.
By completing a purchase of such items, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
Warranty & Returns
All products are covered by the statutory manufacturer’s warranty.
Any defects must be reported within the applicable warranty period.
At our sole discretion, we will repair or replace defective items and return them in a timely manner.
The statutory warranty does not apply to products that have been damaged, misused, tampered with, or improperly installed. Furthermore, subwoofers and speakers exhibiting burnt voice coils are expressly excluded from warranty coverage.
The purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.
Refunds may be granted solely at our discretion and may be subject to 20% of restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Installation Costs
All fees associated with installation services are non-refundable.
Once installation has been completed, no refunds, exchanges, or reimbursements will be provided, regardless of the circumstances, except where required by law.
This policy applies to all installation services performed, including those associated with promotional offers or discounted items.
By proceeding with the purchase of installation services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
